Now you can easily identify who are the wonderkid players in your FM19 save with enabling this field while searching for players. You can see the how it's done here. It also doesn't give any guarantee that they have high potential, just that their CA is high for the age. It also doesn't reveal other wonderkids who are still flying under the radar.
