TESURAS Posted December 25, 2018 Share Posted December 25, 2018 I am currently managing AC Milan and i already hired all scouts that know a bit of the world other than Italy. However i am stuck at a world knowledge 41% and cannot go any higher than that. Also there is no scout currently in the market that could boost my world knowledge. WorcesterLegend Posted December 25, 2018 Share Posted December 25, 2018 no, u can increase it by sending Scouts to nations that those scouts have no knowledge so they can get knowledge from that nation, in my current save i have around 55% (give or take a few % since i haven't touched my save since almost a week due to xmas stuff) im sure you can get near 100%, but you will need like 50 scouts and a lot of time to do so Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
