lckyby Posted December 27, 2018 Share Posted December 27, 2018 Managing Athletic and my only good strike, Aritz Aduriz, has randomly decided to lose all trust in me as a manager and I have no idea why. I've holidayed between matches once or twice, and missed a couple of backup players complaining about playing time (now giving them more matches), but there's nothing else I can think of to influence this. We're unbeaten all season and top of the table, he's been playing regularly, and team talks/meetings haven't been negatively received (my manager's motivating and man management stats are high as well). Now Inaki Williams, Raul Garcia and Markel Susaeta have all lost trust as well, so now I've been forced to put all four of these core players in the U19s. Any ideas? lckyby Posted December 28, 2018 Author Share Posted December 28, 2018 No, those players were playing every week so they weren't unhappy about that. Nobody asking for contracts either. A few squad players wanted playing time and they're all getting starts. None of the other players should be that unhappy so suddenly about it.
