Need unusual fresh tactics please

I'm bored of the pre-set tactics, i need some ideas for a new one. Saw here a 2-3-2-2 tactic which i liked, but i need others too  also, it needs to work, not something random

Why don't you play around yourself and invent something new?

 

Half the fun of FM is trying new things yourself to find something that works.

 

Look at your squad and decide which players you want to be in your first 11 and then design a tactic around their strengths.

 

For me personally I always look to see if I can fit in more of my youth players and build a challenge up that way.
