It's inconsistent either way you look at it with managerial changes unfortunately. It's virtually impossible for any of the games to be bang up to date unless we are told the changes before they are announced in real life. But this point of argument is really unreasonable, it's far from ruined or out of date. If you'd like to report feature requests, please use the feature request forum or wishlist thread. Cheers.
