Scouting Speed

I have assigned my Chief Scout to handle scouting assignments, and under my scouting priorities there are about 40 players being scouted. I am currently interested in scouting only about 8 of these players in the short term, which is taking over two weeks to do in the middle of a transfer market. If I cancel all other assignments and delegate the scouting responsibility to myself, will that provide full knowledge scout reports faster?  How long is one scout report supposed to take?

Just bump the 8 ones in the list with the prioritise assignment button?

What do you have your preferences set as?

I think it defaults to 2 weeks, so all reports take 2 weeks to come through to your mailbox (May be available earlier if you go and look at the player). You can set it to as little as 1 game.... may get less of a report but a lot quicker during a window than waiting 2 weeks.
