Injury-Causing Tackles and Cards

In both this year's version and last, never have I seen a tackle which forces a player off result in a card, wondering if others have seen the same.

I feel like this is highly unrealistic, as even when a card is not strictly deserved for the tackle, we often see referees in real life hand out a card anyway, influenced by the type or severity of injury caused.

I think a side effect of this is that getting stuck in tends to be lower risk than it probably should be, as the refereeing in-game very much takes the opinion of "if you win the ball, nothing else matters."
