under review No current ability star rating (unknown)

Hi, I’m an experienced Cm/FM player and I hope I’m just getting something wrong here but when I joined a club with no assistant manager I hire my new assistant. But whenever I click on a players report there is no current ability shown and the potential seems to be 5 star on most players. The report said it was from my ex assistant manager. I’ve never experienced this before on PC or switch so I assume it’s a bug. Although I have not read the same issue anywhere else.

We have not seen this issue internally, would you be able to advise the team that you joined and any other important steps and we will then try reproduce the issue in house.
