After some years of coaching several Teams i would find it nice to have the opportunity to sign coaches and players for a club. Maybe also from the begining. I think that it should be inclueded easily in the game. @Sports Interactive why not? It would fill the game with more possibilities. The same game with more chances to become a legend.
