Nationality challenge

Hi FM Players, 

This is a simple and fun save idea.
The idea is to sign as much as possible players from different countries, and by preference some obscure countries.

Rules:

Matchday
- At least 5 different countries in you matchday starting eleven
- Limit of 3 players from same nation in matchday squad, limit of 5 including reserves.
- You should always have 5 different nations on the pitch. So, You can't substitute one player off and then having only 4 nations in your playing eleven
- You should always have one player on the starting XI with a nationality that isnt in the FIFA Top 100. However, it is allowed to substitute him off during the match

Squad size:
- Limit of 3 players from the same nation
- Limit of 5 players from the nation of your club
- You can have 2 extra exemptions for players homegrown at club or players younger than 19

 

Within those guidelines you can do whatever you want, the nationalities are the only restrictions in this challenge. International management is allowed, I would say try it with a lesser skilled nation. You can even start unemployed for this save and see were you end. This challenge can even be combined with a Journeyman save.
