Creating regional groups in continental competition?

Hello all. I want to make the 2023 CONCACAF CL using the FM20 editor. This should be fairly easy but the hard part is that for the first group stage there are three different regions (North, Central and Caribbean). The question is, how would I do this in the same Stage (Stage 0) and if not possible, can I have multiple Stage 0s (one for each group stage) and then have teams qualify from those 3 stages to stage 1?

It's always best to learn on your own, so I've put the AFC Champions League and AFC Confederations Cup together in one file and you can take their modes from there. They have the same groups adapted to the regions.

These are the competitions in the standard database, so I'm sending it to you like this, because I can't tell you anything except what is entered in these competitions.
