I want to create a league in France who will be able to compete in Europe but at the same time I don't want to delete Ligue 1 and the other league above, so my question is: Is it possible to have 2 main league in one country? I want to keep the actual with relegation and everything but create my own league who will be alone (without relegation in ligue 2).
