passenger58 Posted July 15, 2021 Share Posted July 15, 2021 I seem to remember this conversation coming up on here about a year ago and it was suggested that this means that the player is unhappy to a high enough degree that it shows up on the team selection screen but not enough that anything it mentioned on the Player Personal page.
