SI Staff Michael Sant Posted December 2, 2021 SI Staff Share Posted December 2, 2021 Formations wouldn't really fall under a feature request since any arrangement of players (that the tactics allow for) is possible to be put as a pre-set in game. If there are formations being used out there in the world with some prominence/success/notability then I would argue its a bug that FM isn't featuring them. Thanks for taking the time to raise this and feel free to post in the bugs section if these are still missing and you believe you can explain why they need to be included in the game.
