commuter
close game against tottenham saw juninho injured for 5 months as boro battled to a close 1-0 win sold schwarzer on a free to derby to get rid of his huge wages bought carson from leeds for 500k and shaaban on a free to replace him at massive salary saving next game home to sheff utd, a nice easy banker, at least it was until the attack didn't score with 22 shots, 1 cd got injured, the other sent off and then an attaker went off injured after using all my subs. fianl score 0-0 and happy with 1 point torquay at home in league cup, played reserves even though i had only played 1 game in a month, with the exception of olidisade who was back from a 3 match ban the decision to play olisidabe was rewarded with 2 goals for him, a 3rd from ashikodi sealed a comfortable 3-0 win, although reserve striker wiig was taken off early after 2 bad fouls left him barely able to walk decided to sell the higher earning players again, (allowing me to make use of the undoubtedly talented young players at the club) so listed wehrman, nam il, ehiogu 4th game against everton dominated throughout, but a blinding man of the match display by richard wright saving over 20 shots meant boro succumbed to a 2-0 loss accepted an offer for 700k from sheff utd he is joining them on jan 1st kasey wehrman joining newcastle on jan 1st for 1m wed 17/11 at home to wolves, decide to entertain the fans and go on all out attack from the start, giving antonsson a few games in place of the injured kompany, and yaya also out for 4 weeks. a great start with 2 goals in the first 10 mins for olidabe before wolves pulled 1 back after 20 mins boro dominated the rest of the half but couldn't find that 3rd goal. ht 2-1. 2nd half same as the first boro on top missing lots of easy chances before on 71 min pearson got the 3rd goal and on 84mins salpinigidis sealed a great win 4-1 boro 20/11 charlton away, after the success against wolves it was decided to maintain the extra attacking focus the only changes to the team being wurtz in for nam il, riggott keeping his place even though tellez was fit again.boro immediately on the attack, oskarsson missing a good chance after only 10s, 22min and gamst pederson hits the post with a great free kick, which was his last act before being subbed due to a knock boro remain on top in first half but couldn't score ht 0-0. 46 min fortune sent off for charlton dean kiely the only thing keeping boro at bay, until in 53 min oskarsson breaks the deadlock. 63 min oskarsson makes it 2-0 with a well placed penalty 72min and another red card for rufus for a professional foul in the box oskarsson missed that penalty ft 2-0 27/11 crunch derby game with newcastle, after the impresive away win at charlton i decide to go with an unchanged team and continue in this attacking style. great early pass by olisadabe sets up oskarsoon on 5 mins, before olisadabe himself nets the second on 10mins. gamst pederson fouled out of the game again on 37 mins pressure at the end of the 1st half brings the best from kristianson in the boro goal. ht 2-0. pearson free kick hits the post on 51 mins as boro reestablish dominance. great play by antonsson in defence frees up olisadabe to set up oskarsson, 3-0. oskarsson seals hat trick with a penalty in 74th min. absalonsen seals a great win on 84th minute 5-0. jenas with consolation goal on 88 mins. ft 5-1 sunday 5th december away to blackburn can the run continue, injuries meant the first changes in a few games with kah being replaced at rb by parnaby and olsen going onto the bench in place of absalonsen. a great break from defense resulted in oskarsson scoring on 3 mins. a mistake by antonsson let in agali to equalise on 22 mins. straight away olisadabe missed an easy chance. close first half klompe scores from a corner 2-1 blackburn ht blackburn 2 middlesbrough 1. great move by boro brings the equaliser for oskarsson, late goal by blackburn gives them the lead through agali and an 87th minute penalty put away by neill seals boros defeat 4=2 blackburn
the_lad_of_Jimbo
23.10.2004 Gillingham 1 – 0 Sunderland A very tough trip to Gillingham was my first task as Sunderland manager. My first aim with this squad was to get some commitment, and to get them playing for the famous Black and Red shirt. The fans were desperate for some decent performances, and I intended to provide them with one. However, it was not to be. After some promising early openings, Gillingham scored through Brian Barry-Murphy, and we lacked the fire power to get back into the match. Perhaps turning this overpaid rabble of foreigners into a premiership side was not going to be as easy as I first anticipated? Sunderland 2 – 1 Derby A much stronger performance here, even though it was not the most convincing result against an underachieving Derby side. Taking the lead through Brett Ormerod, I felt confident we were going to win by four or five. But Richard Cresswell hit back for Derby, and then they sat back, looking happy to take home a draw. But Sunderland local boy Kevin Kyle came to our rescue, with a tap in on the 90th minute. A fantastic start at home. Brett Ormerod (or Brett Ohmygodhe’sugly as he is affectionately known) clear man of the match. Sunderland 1 – 1 Watford A huge step down here. Watford came to the Stadium of Light begging for a thrashing. Missing chance after chance, we were lucky to take the lead through Aston Villa’s loan striker Stefan Moore. Yet once again we took our foot off the pedal and allowed Watford back into it, Danny Webber getting a goal before half time. The second half progressed and it looked like the Black Cats might get two last minute wins in two when Moore won a penalty. However Robert Earnshaw failed to convert, and he was on his way back home to Cardiff in no time. West Ham 1 – 2 Sunderland Unbelievably, this game went almost exactly the same. It’s just this time, Jeff Whitley stepped up for the penalty and not Robert Earnshaw. After Stefan Moore once again scored, West Ham hit back, but it all set it up for Whitley’s great penalty, blasted into the bottom corner. A great run of results, which had to end some time… Rotherham 3 – 0 Sunderland A lacklustre performance at Rotherham, capped by Jeff Whitley’s sending off. A wreckless elbow cost him 3 games and his regular starting place. It also lost the Black Cats valuable space on the playoff places. Sunderland 2 – 0 Millwall A convincing performance against rock bottom Millwall broke the run of losses. Stefan Moore scored once again and Stephen Wright converted a penalty. No out and out penalty taker is paying dividends for Sunderland at the moment! Sunderland 1 – 2 Stoke Unbelievable bad luck let Stoke get away with this travesty of a result. The cheeky pikeys stole two goals and just couldn’t lie down and die like they were supposed to. Not a bad performance from the Black Cats, just a cheating team of Stoke CHEATS. Wimbledon 2 – 1 Sunderland This time Sunderland beaten convincingly and were weak in all areas. Sunderland need to pick up otherwise playoff plans are going to go into the bin. ChampHolic
Monday 5th Session Before this session started Plymouth were riding high in 5th place and looking good for pormotion maybe to division one. A few losses that plymouth didnt need happened but luckily plymouth came back strong and won the remaining games. Here is how plymouth got on in all their games Plymouth 0-2 Leyton Orient A great start for the first session after the 2 week break. Plymouth didnt really do much and leyton orient deserved all the 3 points as there wasnt much threat from Plymouth at all. Chesterfield 4-0 Plymouth Plymouth's most feared team in division two showed them why they was plymouths most feared. A stunning performance from chesterfield made plymouth look very small. Plymouth 4-0 Huddersfield Scorers: weatherson (2), walton (2) Because plymouth now knew what it was like to lose 4-0 they decided that they would have a good go at winning 4-0 this time and they did just that. A great performance by both of the strike due seen out opponents huddersfield very quickly. Plymouth 3-1 Stevenage Vans trophy Scorers: weatherson, davidson, walton An all round good team performance seen off lower league stevenege. It should of been more but the 3-1 win was still enough to get them into the next round. Bradford City 2-2 Plymouth Scorers: weatherson (2) A close game this one was and it was evenly matched all the way through. Plymouth piled on the pressure towards the end though but couldnt get the winner. Brentford 1-2 Plymouth Scorers: weatherson (2) Weatherson again helping plymouth to another win which was a very deserved one. Although brentford were dominant to start off with they could get a win. Plymouth 2-0 Northampton Getting a little bit of form together as of late Plymouth went into the game favourites and got another win under their belt. Great performance by plymouth and it should of been more. Plymouth were currently lying in 6th position after this session and the season wasnt looking too bad for them more to come.... ChampHolic
Tuesday 6th session Plymouth are currently in 6th place and a promotion place still looking good for them. Here is how they have got on as of this session. Sheffield Wednesday 2-0 Plymouth League Cup Another disappointing cup run this season as it seen plymouth go out of yet another cup. Plymouth now only had the league to concentrate on now as they went out of the vans trophy the game after. Bristol Rovers 3-2 Plymouth Vans trophy Scorers: walton (2) A tough game this was and a great game it turned out to be. Plymouth were very unlucky to get knocked out of this but they hardly have very good cup runs. Plymouth 6-1 Brighton Scorers: Walton (4), weatherson, gashi A stunning performance against a supposidly strong brighton side. Plymouth went into the game thinkin it would be much closer than what it was but plymouth dominated the game and brighton were lucky it wasnt 10 scored past them. Bristol City 3-3 Plymouth Scorers: walton, weatherson (2) A close game this was and plymouth must be disappointed by the final outcome of it. Plymouth were 3-2 up all the way until the 90th minute where bristol scored and made the final score 3-3. Plymouth 2-2 Tranmere Scorers: weatherson, walton Another draw for plymouth seen them move down the table a little and promotion starting to get away from them. There form started to become worrying and it didnt get better in any of the next games. Stockport 3-1 Plymouth Scorers: Walton Another loss as plymouth continued their bad run of results. This was seeing them go further and further down the table and not looking so good. Currently standing in 7th after this session plymouth needed to start winning and winning quick more to come.... ChampHolic
Wednesday 7th session Plymouth's performance was starting to deteriarate and they needed to get some points badly. Unfournately this was not the case as you will see. Game results went like this Luton 5-0 Plymouth An appauling loss for plymouth this was but luton did fully deserve it. Plymouth should of pulled a few goals back but overall luton were the better side and showed it fully. Plymouth 1-1 Sheffield Wednesday Scorers: walton A close game seen plymouth only manage to get a point from this game. It should of been more as plymouth were the more aggressive of the two sides but it ended 1-1. Hartlepool 1-1 Plymouth Scorers: davidson As manager lee owens didnt actually control his side for this game he had to sit on his arse and watch them play. Dont really know how the game went. All i do know is that we got another point. Plymouth 2-3 Wigan Scorers: weatherson, walton This was a case of all the shots that wigan had went in so plymouth were very unlucky not to win. Plymouths grip on promotion is now fading away and its looking as if they will have another season in divison two. Plymouth 1-2 Notts County Scorers: weatherson This was yet again another poor result. Notts county played well all credit to them but it should of been at least a draw but notts county got that all important late goal which was the winner. Plymouth are currently in mid table and on the worst form so far this season. If things dont pick up manager lee owens could maybe get the sack. Will lee owens get sacked or keep his job? and will plymouth finally get promoted from division two? find out here
ChampHolic
those reports took a while to do, lol. just to let all clan members know there is now a new rule if anyone gets sacked (possibly me, lol). the rule is below: if someone is to get sacked they will have to take over a club that dont have a manager at the time. if there are no clubs with no managers then you will have to be a club in the bottom 5 in your division that your in. Spacecowboy
Fans at Millwall are demanding more...... After taking control of Millwall i thought that there was a lot of potential there but unfortunatly were still waiting to see it.. My opening game was against Ali's high flying QPR.. Like a innocient child i threw caution to the wind and tried to play a very nice attacking of football, it didn't happen!! QPR total outplayed me and we went down 0-2.. This was to be the start of a devastating run which would chuck out the following results: Nottingham Forrest 1 Millwall 0 Millwall 1 Gillingham 1 Derby 2 Millwall 0 Millwall 0 Rotherham 0 Millwall 0 West Ham UTD 1 Millwall 1 Stoke 0 Watford 2 Millwall 1 Sunderland 2 Millwall 0 (Tom Rosenthal) Millwall 1 Wimbledon 2 Fulham 2 Millwall 0 Millwall 2 Preston 2 Norwhich 2 Millwall 2 Millwall 2 Leicester

the_lad_of_Jimbo
Sunderland 3 – 3 Fulham An absolute cracker of a game at the Stadium of Light. A Fulham side riding the waves of fortune that have seen them surf towards the top of the table travelled North expecting a tough game, maybe to be one by an odd goal. However, that was not to be. I got the side playing the football that I love and we were scoring freely. We were aware of the attacking threat Fulham posed, and we knew we had to outscore them, which we nearly did. Having gone behind to a Saha goal, on loan striker Stefan Moore hit back. A dull period saw us through to half time at 1-1. Then the fireworks began. Saha scored again, Michael Stewart hitting back on 70 minutes. Centre-back George McCartney, replacing recently departed Joachim Bjorklund, scored a cracking header from an inswinging corner. Yet Fulham grabbed a point with a last gasp equaliser from Barry Hayles. Sunderland’s transformation is nearing completion. Bjorklund’s departure provides the wage bill a much needed break, and new signing Julian Gray (on an economical £3,000 p/w) has joined Murphy and Ashikodi in being imports capable of Premiership football. Preston 2 – 3 Sunderland This truly was a game of two halves. After a dyer first half, which Preston came into with a very defensive outlook, Tommy Smith was thrown on. He had been out of favour with the fans and myself, having been lacklustre in his early games up front with Brett Ormerod. However, with Ormerod out of the picture (an early season transfer to Stoke) Smith was ready to impose himself. A second half hat-trick, on the 52nd, the 66th and the 79th minutes, only interrupted by Onibuje and Fuller of Preston, wowed the fans and proved to his team mates what he was capable of doing. However, he is still yet to produce this kind of form again, and is already drifting out of the side. Sunderland 1 – 3 Leicester Having put together a decent run of results, Sunderland were shown up against a better Leicester side. However Sunderland started much the brighter in front of a 33,000 crowd, with Michael Stewart scoring on 20 minutes. After this Leicester took control, Carl Robinson netting a brace before Neil Wood converted a very contentious penalty. A poor result, suggesting that Sunderland just aren’t good enough to get promotion this season. Tottenham 1 – 0 Sunderland A terrible game where both Tottenham and Sunderland were shown up to be first division standard. Tottenham failed to give any real penetration, and Sunderland defended valiantly. The first half was so bad, fans were leaving to go and watch the amateur bowls held next door in the White Harte Lane community centre. After Tottenham took the lead through Michael Rickets, Sunderland didn’t look like they had anything in return. A relief to myself, I want to concentrate on making the playoffs. (lol)
Mike_Law
Tottenham going through bad spell. Tottenham having a reasionable start to the season hav not been able to get league win since the start of the season. The Tottenham forwards just seem unable to score in league games, not for lack of chances. Tottenham manager is looking to bring in a fue players to try to change the teams fortunes in the league. The pressure is really on for manager Mike Law to start winning, as the surporters are starting to get tierd of wanting for resoults. In all other competions tottenham have been going strong. Winning all games it the UFFA cup by considerable margins.

Spacecowboy
Ok..The aim for this session was to get Millwall back on the winning track...A brand new tactic was implemented going back to a trusty old 4-4-2 from a tradgic 4-1-3-2. We really need to get some wins on the ball now or we are going to go down. Still need players for critical areas. 12/1/2005 Millwall 2 Coventry 1 Started quite brightly but gave a soft goal away in the 14th minute even though i thought we were playing them of the park. We managed to pull 2 back and win the game. On the whole I thought we could have won by more. The new tactic seemed to work a treat and players responded well to the tactic change. 15/1/2005 Millwall 1 cardiff 2 (james Cale aka jimmy) Not the best of times to be playing cardiff as there were on a 8 games unbeaten run and the last 6 of them they won. So we were expecting a very hard game from the beginning..I had to tinker around with the team a little but to no avail.. We went a goal down in 23rd and then went two down in the 61st minute. We managed to bring one back in the 79th minute with a bizarre cross/goal which set up a good last 10 mins. Overall i was pleased with the performance as i personally thought we played well. On the day the team with that little extra class won. 19/1/2005 Crewe 0 Millwall 2 This result took us out the bottom three..We had to soak up a lot of pressure but we also caused a few problems. Two good taking goals by cahill with one of them winning goal of the month with a audacious lob from the half way line. A very good performance against another team strugling at the wrong end of the table. Tactics seem to be fitting well. 22/1/2005 Crystal Palace 3 Millwall 3 We conceaded another sloppy goal on the 9th minute but equalised almost instantly on the 11th minute making it 1-1. We then went 2-1 down 42nd minute going in at half time 2-1 down. Second half we equalised straight away on the 48th minute making it 2-2. We then went ahead on the 66th minute but couldn't manage to keep the lead as we conceaded again on the 72nd minute. A very entertaining game with another team fighting it out at the bottom. On the whole i would have liked all three points but at the end was happy to draw. 2/2/2005 Reading(Joey Briggs) 0 Millwall 1 A very close game at reading which ended in Millwall grabbing the points. I knew it would be a hard game Reading were chasing promotion spot and had a little slip up lately. Overall i think we had enough chances but were sometimes pushed on the back foot. A lot better session this time round and i feeling that something could happen at Millwall.. Also this session Lee Owens got the sack which was amusing but best of luck with huddersfield mate
ChampHolic
Clan session: Monday 12th January 2004 The session started off rather badly and despite plymouth winning their 2nd game of the night manager Lee Owens got sacked from plymouth and therefore had to take a club that was either unmanaged or in the relegation zone. He decided to take huddersfield as he always likes challenges and with huddersfield in relegation at the time is was gonna be one. Here is how the remaining plymouth games went that Lee Owens was managing them in still and how the start was for hudderfield having been appointed by them. Oldham 5-3 Plymouth Scorers: weatherson (2), keith Plymouth started this game very strongly and went 2 up in the first half. However the 2nd half plymouth had fallen apart and oldham took advantage of this and score some wonderful goals to give them the win and make Lee Owens' position more unsecure than it already is at Plymouth. Bournemouth 2-5 Plymouth Scorers: weatherson (4), keith Plymouth were in dominant form in this game and didnt give bournemouth many chances. Before plymouth knew it they were 3-0 up in a matter of a few minutes. After these 3 had been scored bournemouth grabbed 2 goals and made it look as if they were gonna pull off a great comeback but 2 more goals for plymouth sealed the victory. Unfourtunately after this result manager Lee Owens was no longer at plymouth any more and took on the role of huddersfield. Here is how New huddersfield manager Lee Owens coped with his first few games in charge of them. Lee Owens immediately felt that his side lacked depth so purchased 2 new strikers and a defender which didnt arrive until after his first game in charge. As soon as they did arrive though they certainly made huddersfield play better as a whole team. Huddersfield 1-2 Rushden (human side) Scorers: Newby The start of a new career for Lee Owens. It all started off real well aswell as newby scored on around the 18th minute. This game was evenly matched all the way through and its wasnt until fairly late in the game that ant's rusden scored 2 goals to grab the 3 points off huddersfield. Huddersfield 2-1 Stockport Scorers: Watson, calliste The new signings had come and huddersfield were already a new team. They showed this by pulling off a well deserved victory against a good side. Huddersfield 2-2 Bradford City Scorers: Calliste, Moran This was another strong performance from huddersfield as really they dominated this game for most of it . Bradford were very lucky and only just managed to get the equaliser late in the game. Huddersfield 2-0 Brentford Calliste (2) Manager Lee Owens ended tonights session with an easy victory that could well of been more. With huddersfield now just out of relegation the remainder of the season is looking a very bright one for huddersfield. With the 2 new strikers upfront calliste and morgan huddersfield are getting more points than what they would of done without. Who knows where huddersfield's final position will be come the end of the season. Read here to find out....
Guest
Clan Session 12th Jan Manchester United fans hae much reason now to be happy with there club,After Winning everything last season and Winning the community shield against Jimmy's Cardiff this season Manchester United Boss Matthew Besant has still felt the need to invest in some quality young players. Andres D' Alessandro being one of these not to mention a man that always seems to do well in Matt's Tactic Evandro Roncatto who has started his Manchester United Career by scoring 7 goals in 7 games. United currently sit on 57 points at the top of the table 12 better then the amount of 2nd place villa's tally. Spacecowboy
There seems to be something a miss with the forwards at Millwall. We seem to always create enough chances but don't finish them. Then along with the no goals we also have a problem of applying loads of prseeure to only conceade a really lax goal.. 15/05/2005 Millwall 0 QPR(Ali) 4 Was expecting a very hard game against one of the best teams in the league. On the day we didn't even create enough chances to worry QPR and we were bombarded in the second half when we collapsed. Always disapointing to lose by such a margin and there was no positives to take home. 12/02/2005 Blackpool 3 Millwall 1 Was expecting a hard game against a good Blackpool. We started well getting most of the attcking play and limiting Blackpool. Unfortunatly were still having problems upfront. Although Makofo can dribble the pants of some one he still can't win anything in the air and some finishing is woeful. Millwall 0 Nottingham Forrest 1 The better team on the day won and they really held us back for most games. Millwall's home form this season is past shocking. Fans are sure to be getting ready to persuade theboard for a replacement manager soon if this continues. This defeat took us back into the bottom three. 23/02/2005 Gillingham 0 Millwall 2 Was expecting a tough game game against playoff positioned Gillingham. HAd a great first half and we scored a great goal all done by new left winger PItt. Dribbling all the way down the left hand side and coming inside to slot home, a great individulal goal. The second half Pitt was doing it again down the left hand side and was mocking the defence. He did another mazy run into the box and was brought down to be given a penalty. Tim Cahill stepped up to slot away. A strong performance and leaves we thinking why we don't play like that all the time. This win took us out of the bottom three. 26/02/2005 MillWall 1 Derby 2 Not wanting to give no respect to Derby but i was thinking that we should have had this one in the bag. Derby are sat on the bottom of the league and on paper we looked sure thing winners. We played poor but had the better chances. Again we can't finish our chances. Its like watching Andy cole week in week out. A very disapointing defeat and again at home. 02/03/2005 Millwall 0 Wallsall 0 We attacked wallsall from the off and bombarded there goal mouth but to no avail. 12 shots to there 3 but were unable to finish and take all 3 points..disapointed. 05/03/2005 Rotherham 3 Millwall 0 Couldn't believe that we came away from this game with a result like that.. We had bags of chances..10 shots only two on target which is telling the story of our season Unable to score.. Although i think we will not go down we have to be worried about our home form. We don't seem to be able to scared and some players heads my be dropping.
ChampHolic
Clan session: Tuesday 13th January 2004 After the recent dismissal from Plymouth argyle and the recent employment as Huddersfield manager. Lee Owens needed to make sure huddersfield were to survive if he was gonna have anything to do next season. The results of all the games are listed below that were played in this session. A quick note huddersfield were very unlucky not to win all there games in tonights session as i think they deserved to. Northampton 3-2 Huddersfield Scorers: Moran (2) Huddersfield started this session very well although they didnt get off to the best start as northampton grabbed the first goal. A few minutes later moran struck 2 goals both on the 45th minute to take huddersfield into a 2-1 lead at half time. As the second half got underway huddersfield continued to dominate but two very late goals from northampton sent huddersfield packing. Brighton 1-1 Huddersfield Scorers: Moran This was near enough a repeat of the last game as huddersfield dominated early on and scored a nice goal from moran again and it wasnt until the 90th minute that brighton pulled back one to give them a point that they didnt deserve. Huddersfield 3-3 Bristol City Scorers: Calliste (2), moran A game that huddesfield could of done with winning against 4th placed bristol city at the time. It started off all good as huddersfield took the lead. They then conceeded a goal moments later but then got another two. Again it was the late goals that ruined huddersfields chance of winning this game. Tranmere 1-0 Huddersfield Huddersfield looked sharp in this game early on but around the 20th minute tranmere scored a lucky goal. It then stayed that way as huddersfield couldnt hit any past the tranmere goalkeeper as he was on sensational form. Huddersfield 1-3 Plymouth Scorers: Calliste Huddersfield manager Lee Owens first game against his former club and boy did it bring back loads of memories. Unfortunately the only memory that stuck in manager Lee Owens' head was that he remembered just hoe good his old side where as they dominated the game for most of it. A lucky goal by huddersfield was about the only decent chance huddersfield really has as plymouth were outplaying them. Luton 2-3 Huddersfield Scorers: Calliste (2), Peltola With new defender peltola playing in this game just purchased he surely delighted his manager by scoring. A great comback by huddersfield seen them come back from 2-0 down to win 3-2. The first win in this session for manager Lee Owens and it sure did lift his confidence. Role on wednesday session to see if huddersfield can now turn there recent form around and start winning a few now. Stay tuned to see if huddersfield end up going down or staying up. Also second manager to be sacked so far is now nick page. He however will now have to see which clubs are unmanaged if any and choose one of them. All the best nick at whichever new club you go to. royalman
When you have taken a club down a division and there is a legendry manager aka Fred Patten, it looked like Chris Colmens days were numbered. And as many Sun newspaper exclusives are, this was right. You are probably thinking after all this hype about a man so great. Has he performed so far, This mans transfers and signings have been Wade small Wimbeldon 100k Nathan Clake Huddersfield 350k. Dean Morgan Luton 75k Steve Sidwell Reading fc 1.5mil. Those are not the signings made, but the key ones, recent bust-ups with Clance Acuna, but he has been dropped in favour for Steve Sidwell. But not the start Sir Fred would have hoped for with his first 4 games 0-0, 1-1, 1-1, 0-0 then came a crushing defeat against a worthy oppointent, Ali El-Morrisy QPR, this was a awful result with the defeat of 5-1, but that was the turning point Then Sir Fred came up against the club he supports Joey Brigg's Reading Football Club. a simple 3-0 win for me, every1 finally clicked. Reading with a gaping hole in the midfield which Sidwell has fileled for Fulham. With things back on track a relistic aim is just to maintain the play-offs. Saha is injured for 7months which is the bad news. Some more good news is that Sir Fred has got Steve Marlet, he was done well to but costs, and sold him to reading, and he has signed promising winger Darren Campbell for 500k from Reading. Reading have appointed Sir Fred Patten as their new manager, he says he hopes to bring them premiership football in the near future. HE has players in mind but it would be too kind to tell us press about them now, he says 'You will be the second lot of peple to know'. PS. I think Matt ment scarcasam not carcasim.
