A bit of a bad session for bolton but still not in relegation

A poor session this was for Lee Owens' bolton side as they dropped down the table quite a bit with some poor results. However after their last game they now feel they can get some much needed wins and start to move back up. Here is how the results went last night.

Monday session

bolton.gif

Birmingham 4-2 Bolton

Scorers: Arfa (2)

The session kicked off with a game against fred's decent birmingham side. Yet again fred's assistant was in charge of this one and he won them it. Bolton made little attempt to fight back after the score went to 2-2. Birmingham managed to grab a couple of late goals and although birmingham did play a lot better it was a little harsh for the bolton side.

Bolton 0-3 Man City

A game that bolton went into thinking they could kick man city's arse. However that didnt happen and man city done all the arse kicking. Not many chances for bolton which gave them another defeat.

Tottenham 1-1 Bolton

Scorers: Morris

Although arfa went off injured at half time when it was 1-0 after a 1 minute goal lee morris came on to replace him and managed to score but it wasnt until the 90th minute which made the final result 1-1.

Bolton 1-4 Newcastle

Scorers: Arfa

Another game against a human side which went terribly wrong. For the first half of the game bolton defended well even though they did go down to 10 men. It was the 2nd half that let them down totally as they had another player sent off. At this point it was only 2-0 and in the 86th minute arfa managed to grab a goal. But newcastle somehow managed to score 2 90 minute goals which made the scoreline a little bit more harsh for bolton.

Liverpool 3-2 Bolton

Scorers: Ze Mario, Arfa

A game this was where bolton went into the lead twice but then threw it away yet again late in the game. Although wiggy wasnt in control of his side as he was on holiday his assistant still managed to get him 3 points. This was a much better performance from bolton though than their previous games.

Although the season is still very early in bolton are just above relegation and need to start winning some if they are to move up. Although bolton board expect bolton to battle bravely against relegation this season it would be good if they could finish in a more respectable position and guarantee premiership football next season also. Lets just see what the season brings for us

2/3 month break for over-worked under paid Biringham manager, It is with great sadness that i can't play in the cmelc for a bit mainly because of exams, so far it has made it difficult for me to get to sessions for the last 2 weeks and i need to work harder, as yr9 exams are very important, of course i have left behind a excellent young side, of which i hope isn't destroyed by some Billy Pratface that takes over my club best of luck for the next few months while i work hard. icon_smile.gif

vila sack cochrane

after a terrible start to the season, deadly doug and the rest of the villa board decided to terminate cochrane' contract.

having been in 16th place after 14 games and unable to string any sort of run together cochrane felt the chop coming.

cochrane returns to manchester

in an amazing move manchester city unveiled fran cochrane as their manager.

in a press statement cochrane said he was delighted to return to his former stomping ground to take over.he assured fans that he would use every resource availble to him to drag the club to a safe position and out of the relegation fight in the remaining 14 games.

first game up was chelsea away which seen city go down 6-2

next up was reading in the cup.a match that city comfortably won 3-0

city welcomed spurs next and lost 3-0 mainly down to poor goal keeping an area which will have to be looked at.

they then traveled to chelsea in the cup and although city where 3-1 up which 25 mins to the managed to throw the game and lost 4-3.

in the game of the session city face rivals liverpool at home and got another 3-0 nil hammering with some players having possibly the worst game of thier careers.

more to come on city's fight for survival........

Newcastle find form at perfect time

Over the past 4 seasons we hve gone on some good runs, but i cant remember a run of form similar to the one we are having now. True our form before this run was shocking but with victories in our last 15 games it has propelled us clear in the league and into the Champions league knockout stages.

The key to our success recently has definately been our strikers. Since his debut goal and subsequent hat-tricks Tevez had been very poor and with Oskarsson &Braathen firing blanks, Todorov injured and Rungaratsmee on loan to WBA we were struggling. Then suddenly Oskarsson kicked into gear, scoring 9 goals in 4 games and continuing on a great run; Rungaratsmee returning from loan to form a lethal partnership with Ossie. Then with todorov back from Injury he replaced the rested ossie and took over the scoring. Tevez then got in on the act scoring whenever he was given the chance.

The form of these 4 players meant we could loan Braathen out to Ant's villa to keep him match fit. The strikers at the toon are really on fire at the moment and are key to our current form.

During January a couple of signings were brought in, Stelkenburg was got for 6m and a couple of youth players as well.

With around 12 league games to go i am hoping that the team keeps the current form and goes on to win the title and even possibly break the 100pt barrier.

A lot of youth have been brought in over the last year and with other coming through the ranks it seems Newcastle's future is in safe hands. Players like Collin - Young GK Eng U21, Richard May DR - 17 but already made several first team appearances, Andrew May - DC/DMC 16 year old signed from Zaragoza - amazing stats and currently starring for Blackburn on loan, Chris Speight - FRC 17 year old again great stats and performances to back them up scoring for fun in the reserves. These are just a couple of young stars rising through the ranks.

Below is a list of our results so far this season

bolton fans in suicide surge

new statistical info reveals suicide in bolton increased 200% since lee returned from holiday, and by 400% when he said he wanted to stay for life at the club, fans would rather watch the reserves of bolton than the first team as they at least have someone who knows what he is doing, 'bolton looked good for uefa when lee returned' said one disgruntled fan 'now we will only be good enough for the vans trophy if he stays' another said

even 2 recent good results have not convinced the fans, who feel that lee had done a keegan and tried leaving the team to its own devices recently

terrible season for boro

boro tipped by many (well by me) to be challengeres again this season have had an absolute garbage season, even being in the bottom 3 at one stage.

the tactic of playing very attack minded players just not paying off, with the defence leaking goals at an alarming rate.

whilst luck appears to have deserted the team (having over 30 goals dissallowed already this season in league games alone) and carew having his poorest season in a boro shirt, there can be no excuse for boro's massive underachievement all of it my fault.

defensively i have had to rethink my tactics and have even resorted to buying some experience in the shape of upton (3m from brum) silvinho (400k from celta) and tsigalko, whilst tying up cech (on a bosman from chelsea) and several other solid experienced pros also on bosmans for the summer, to even this out, i decided to sell the talented isaksen and jones both to villa for a combined 3m + extras (both had underperformed) and kah to brum 3.5m as well as letting ant buy a huge talented defender for 3m (i say talented, but not good enough for boro reserves, not with all the german/italian/english youngster coming through)

attacking wise, boro again hit by injuries, with absalonsen, gamst pederson, freidheim holm, nortveit all suffering long term injuries (something about scandinavian players as all the rest seem ok) although nortveit and absalonsen are both returning to fitness now and will be pressing hard for the rest of the year.

aims for last few months of season, well to ensure european football next season, hopefully in cl, although 11 points off 4th so i may have to win it this season to do that (and got very hard draw in 2nd round of it, wiggy's liverpool), also looking to reclaim the fa cup after missing out last year.

on the whole, role on next season, lets put this one behind us and move on, come on boro

Bolton Fans ad Interest in Boro Manager

Bolton fans have apparently singled out Boro Gaffer Simon Murphy as there ideal choice 2 take over from Struggling Mr Owens.

A fan syas that.... Simon is the ideal choice of new manager at the reebok stadium as our team is under-achieving immensly.

We will have 2 see wat Murphy says about this rumour......

Small time team not big enough for Murphy

whilst appreciating the comments of the Bolton fans, i have to say, the only way i would leave boro is when the board tires of me (or a good div 3 team becomes available) the challenge or taking over any team controlled by lee would be just too great, almost impossible, even with a russian chairmen you still couldnt undo the hard work lee puts into destroying a team

also bolton are in lancashire and being from yorkshire i will never manager a red rose team icon_wink.gif

Bolton fans want Murphies Blood

after the tough comment made by Murphy about Bolton, Bolton fans are disgusted about the comments by Simon and have said they will have to make do with lee until the board decide 2 rid off him.

that shouldnt be too long then icon_biggrin.gif

i would like to apologise to the bolton fans, what i said was taken out of context by the press and no slight was intended, obviously i would consider bolton if ever i was in need of a job, but only if no other job up north outside of lancashire was available

also, i would like to remind the bolton fans that lee did a great job in getting them promoted last season, when they were a mid table div 1 team and they should get off his back and give him a chance rather than wanting a decent manager icon_frown.gif

hold on though, that wasnt lee, it was his assistant icon_smile.gif sorry my mistake bolton fans, you do want a decent manager instead of lee icon_biggrin.gif

Changes in about 3 weeks time

No banner ads or pop ups on website

24/7 clan radio

Forum with own unique design

Host our own downloads

Own subdomain (will become proper domain)

Many great features on the website.

Now because of recent events we now have a proper server which is very good indeed. This will mean the clan will benefit in loads of ways but the forum and site will be moved so you may have to sign up for an account again. This new server will make the website load a lot quicker than before and the forums.

The server should be set up very soon and once it is i am confident the site will get done very soon and will be a lot easier as php nuke will be used instead of post nuke. Php nuke is a little more advanced than what the site was using and will allow people to edit websites really easy.

You should all be able to host your own website on this server but its only gonna be available to all clan members. Anyway more news on all of this and yes a 24/7 radio as the server is also going to be running that icon_smile.gif Also my reports will be done tommorow
