A rather poor session for bolton but just about managing still

Tuesday session

bolton.gif

Although boltons start was pretty good they continued to move down even more positions this session finishing it just out of relefation. Without one win at all this session it looked as if Lee's bolton were dead certs for the drop. Here is how they got on in the games played in tuesday's session.

Bolton 1-1 Norwich

Scorers: Arfa

A poor start to a very poor session. Not much life in the bolton players this game and they were lucky to come out with a point.

Bolton 1-4 Chelsea

Scorers: Sienna

New boy scores but with a name like that i think formula one is for him not football as he aint all that great. A game that bolton didnt expect to win and they didnt icon_smile.gif

Southampton 7-1 Bolton

Scorers: Didnt see much point in writing my scorer down

Great game and im sure all the bolton fans loved it. I swear i heard them shout our manager is a ***** in the crowds but that may of just been me.

Aston Villa 3-2 Bolton

Scorers: Arfa (2)

Best performance from bolton in quite some time this was. Shame aston villa played on a higher level and gave bolton the run around.

Bolton 2-2 Burnley

Scorers: Walters, Gardner

Another pretty good performance from bolton against hard opposition burnley. They were unlucky not to go away with a win but a draw was still a well earnt good result.

bolton 0-3 Man Utd

Another great result not. Bolton played poor and man utd were all over them and should of scored a lot more than what they did.

Arsenal 5-1 Bolton

Scorer: Arfa

A shocking result but at the end of the day it was arsenal. If results continue to go like they are bolton could already be going back down to division one early but how did the next session go. Find out here tommorow before next session when the report is up

A much better session for bolton which gets them out of relegation

After the bad set of results last session it was looking as if they were going to start up yet again. Luckily bolton got a couple of wins under them and managed to move up off the bottom and out of relegation for the first time in a while. Here is how their results went in wednesdays session.

Bolton.jpg

Bolton 0-2 Crewe

First game of the session and it was against mike's ever improving crewe. To be fair they had the better chances and domainated the game. Although bolton did manage to get a couple of shots on target they didnt really threaten the crewe goalkeeper.

Preston 5-1 Bolton

Scorers: Arfa

A little bit of a disappointing and unexpected result this was but with the form that bolton were having lately it didnt suprise me too much.

Bolton 2-0 Hartlepool

Scorers: Arfa, Giannakopoulos

A cup win for bolton against a weak hartlepool side. At least this got bolton through to the next round and gave their players a little bit of morale which is what they needed.

Bolton 6-2 Millwall

Scorers: Arfa (3), og, Pearson

A bottom of the table clash against millwall made this a must win game against joey's side. Luckily they did just that in very good style and came off the bottom. New boy pearson done well to get his first goal in his first game for bolton.

WBA 5-3 Bolton

Scorers: Giannakopoulos, Arfa (2)

From one game against a human manager to another game against another human manager but this time a much harder opposition. Aida's high flying wba look in very big trouble in the first half when bolton were in control really and leading the way. It wasnt until the 2nd half that aida's wba came back and ended up winning. A very entertaining match probably one of the best i've seen in ages.

Bolton 1-2 Middlesbrough

Scorers: Giannakopoulos

This game may look like it was evenly matched but it wasnt. Sloppy defending by bolton gave simon's middlesbrough the chances they needed and if it wasnt for boltons keeper they would of got a much bigger hammering.

Bolton 6-0 Bradford City

Scorers: Arfa (5), Giannakopoulos

After the recent improvement seen at bolton they finally got a remarkable victory. They didnt let bradford do anything and could well of been more than 6. An excellent performance by all of the players and it made manager Lee Owens' day.

Portsmouth 3-4 Bolton

Scorers: Arfa (2), Giannakopoulos, Nolan

What a game this was against ants old club. Another game that bolton needed to win and they did but it wasnt easy. It wasnt until the last few minutes of the game that the winning goal was scored. This seen bolton move upto 16th and seen much improvement in the side. Hopefully this form will get better and they will move more up the table as i feel i have the quality to do so but who knows until next time....

Rumours have it that Liverpool may see the return of a previous manager have sent there stock shares soaring. When asked by a media source if this were true the chairman responded with this 'Do pigs fly?'

Baggies Bouncing High

At the start of the season the WBA boss had stated that he was aiming for a top half finish, and that he could see no reason why they could not achieve that. Some experts may have laughed at Aida's ambition after only just avoiding relegation the season before. But now we are well into the season, everyone at The Hawthorns will be ecstatic, seeing as WBA are currently sitting pretty in 3rd position. Absolutely no-one could have predicted the Baggies would be so high up in the league throughout the season.

The baggies were boosted early on in the season by the loan signing of Supat Rungratsamee, thanks to the Newcastle manager James Cale. However the loan was only for 3 months, Supat made a big impression at the Hawthorns and immediately helped the rest of the squad shoot up the table. After Rungratsamee's loan had finished, many expected the club to falter in their campaign to finish in the top half, but the Baggies have been fantastic throughout the season, and many can't see finishing outside the top 10 now.

The results so far are as follows:

If the Baggies can maintain their magnificent form, then maybe they can qualify for Europe, which would be a total suprise, as this is only their 2nd season in the Premiership.

Monday session

After the recent improvement last session for bolton they now have to keep it up and produce another good set of results luckily they managed to have another good session and stay in 16th place. Here is how there games went.

Bolton 3-1 Birmingham

Scorers: Arfa, Giannakopoulos, Walters

A great start to the session for bolton gave them their first win of the night already. With arfa playing at his best and giannakopoulos also birmingham had no chance.

Man city 3-4 Bolton

Scorers: Arfa (3), Lee

A very important game this was which they needed to win and luckily they did to take them into 15th 7 points clear of relegation.

Bolton 6-1 Derby

Scorers: Giannakopoulos (2), Nolan, Arfa (3)

Now we come to the fa cup. What a performance by bolton. It all started well from the kick off and they were unfourtunate not to score any more than what they did.

Bolton 1-1 Tottenham

Scorers: Arfa

An action packed game this was which resulted in a draw. Both team even really all the way through thr game although bolton had the better of the chances.

Newcastle 5-0 Bolton

A shocking result for bolton as they were doing so well. Even though it may not look like it the game was very close up until the 70th minute then the bolton defence switched off and there is no stopping jimmy's strikers when they got a clear chance on goal.

Bolton 2-0 Wimbledon

Scorers: De Baere, Gardner

Well with de baere scoring it says it all. We had to win this game to see us getting closer to the fa cup final but when we found out we have chelsea next round it aint all smiles

Bolton 3-3 Liverpool

Scorers: Arfa, Giannakopoulos, Walters

A great game this match was for both sides but bolton should of come out on top and would of if it wasnt for a goal being disallowed for them. This made Lee Owens a little unhappy but he soon got over it as he remembered liverpool was the opposition not some ****ty team.

Norwich 7-5 Bolton

Scorers: Arfa (4), Walters

What a game to finish a session on. An amazing display from both sides seen bolton come back from behind 4 times but norwich just overpowered them too much and grab the important goals

Well what can i say bolton in 16th and its now looking like there is light at the end of the tunnel. With bolton improving every game they could well be in the top 10 next season providing they stay up but how will they cope when arfa completes his move to aston villa. Well all i can say is we will have to see thats all for now until next report tommorow

I would have thought that the two reminders by ChampHolics a few posts above would have reminded the rest of the clan members not to use SMS Type Speak.

So here's an official reminder, SMS Type Speak is not allowed on the forums, continous use will result in warnings and if possible, a yellow card.

cheers

WBA 3-1 Man Utd (A)

Scorers: D'Alessandro

In a Champions League spot up for grabs everything was up for grabs. Aida WBA were on fire so early in the match and rightly so they took the lead just after 12 mins. Samiul Jaifreys Man Utd were off to a poor start. After this result Aidas WBA went above Man Utd in the Table.

Man Utd 1-0 Millwall (H)

Scorers: Kleberson

In amazing style Man Utd started brightly and ended brightly Millwall did not even get out of they blocks to be honest it shud of been more.

Man Utd 0-2 Hull (H)

Sent Off: Carignano

In a 5th round FA Cup match Hull were big underdogs. Coming to Old Trafford and winning is not easy and they done it in style. Man Utd played Poorly.

Man Utd 7-1 Middlesborough (H)

Scorers: Ronaldo(4)

Ferdinand

Weathersen

D'allesandro

Man Utd were in full control of this match a little scare at 2-0 when Middlesborough were awarded a penalty which they converted.

Man Utd 1-4 Newcastle (H)

Scorers: Bellion

In a Champions League 2nd Round Clash Newcastle dominated throughout.

Portsmouth 0-0 Man Utd (A)

In a tense but boring matchup to say the least neither team cud break the deadlock.

Newcastle 1-0 Man Utd (A)

In the 2nd Leg nothing changed from the 1st leg Newcastle dominated throughout and deservedly won the tie.

Man Utd 3-0 Birmingham (H)

Scorers: Weathersen (2)

Bellion

Man Utd Controlled Birmingham throughtout and should of done better.

Man City 0-1 Man Utd (A)

Scorers: Ferdnand

In a Manchester Derby it felt more than that it felt like the cup final. As Man Utd Won with a single goal from rio ferdinand.

After Yesterdays Session Man Utd Finished 2nd and will they catch up with Newcastle who r flying.

There are loads of users who's first language isn't english and a house rule was made that SMS type speak was not allowed as it can make it difficult for them to understand.

It's not posh talk, its proper english, something they suppose to teach in school's, well, so i've been informed.

Clan update

After recent discussion with all members i have decided not to keep pumble aka samiul in the clan. This is not due to a hate thing its because he wont be able to make 1 full session at all as he has to leave around 9 each session because of him being at school. so therefore he will miss a lot of stuff.

Also the other new member got a little bit of stick about using a downloaded tactic similar to diablo tonight so he decided he didnt want any part in a clan no more it wasnt because of this reason really though.

On a higher note barnsey is rejoining the clan tommorow after a long break which he didnt tell us about. He aims high and lets hope he can bring sucess to sunderland
