All stadiums have the same crowd noise which results in me just turning the sound off and playing a podcast or something in the background. I don't think you would run into copyright issues in bringing some stadium/country specific crowd noises like other football games currently have. It's something that has been raised from the community before. Stadiums and a lot of songs by from fans can be down to licensing matters. However, it is something that as an idea could be rejected, or after further development could go on to become a part of the FM series in the future.
