French Competitions History Fix

My love for French football proved strong enough so i decided to create this file that corrects too many issues that are already in the original database.

This file contains nothing but original database corrections, no team,player,stadium or anything else created.

I created 2 clubs that were not in the database and due to their football history should be in it imo, them being FC Nancy (not ASNL, which at the late 60s merged with COS Villiers-les-Nancy (existing in the db) and Olympique de Pantin which disolved and after many years a phoenix club created (Olympique de Pantin too but missing from the db).
Both clubs had either won the Coupe de France or reached the final a couple of times, for the file to be compatible with other files i just found 2 extinct teams in the db which had no history at all and replaced their names (them being GS Nicolin for Olympique de Pantin and ES 3 V 2 for FC Nancy.)
Added the 1964 and 1965 Coupe de la Ligue editions
Corrected the history of the following competitions :COUPE DE FRANCE,LIGUE 1, LIGUE 2, NATIONAL, NATIONAL 2, NATIONAL 3, THE OLD DIVISIONS 2+3, THE EXTINCT CFA 2 (NOW NATIONAL 3), COUPE DE LA LIGUE,U19,U17,U18,CHARLES DRAGO,COUPE GAMBARDELLA,CHAMPIONNAT RESERVES PRO,CHALLENGE DES CHAMPIONS,TROPHEE DES CHAMPIONS.
CORRECTED FEW NAMES OF TEAMS AS IN REALITY (EG. FC AURILLAC ARPAJON - FC AURILLAC, RACING CLUB DE FRANCE FOOTBALL COLOMBES 92 - RACING CLUB DE FRANCE FOOTBALL, FC LIMONEST-SAINT DIDIER - FC LIMONEST-DARDILLY-SAINT DIDIER etch.)
Made several connections from extinct teams with teams that are their successors nowadays (EG. EXCELSIOR ROUBAIX - SCO ROUBAIX 59, EVIAN TG -THONON EVIAN GRAND GENEVE etch.)
Activated 7 teams from being wrongly set as extinct (1.AVIGNON FOOT 84 (CHANGED THE NAME AS IT IS TODAY ''AVENIR CLUB AVIGNONNAIS'', CA PARIS-CHARENTON (CHANGED THE NAME AS CHARENTON WAS MISSING AND SHORT NAME WAS CASG PARIS (THAT'S A DIFFERENT EXTINCT TEAM), BASTIDIENNE BORDEAUX, RACING JOINVILLE (REMOVED THE ''PARIS'' WORD), ESPOIR BASTIA, GOUSSANVILLE AND ANTONY SPORTS. All of them became active, placed in the Division Inferieure (lower league) and regional divisions for N1,N2,N3 and U19 was set upon the region each one of them belongs.

This is great, I had done some of this on my own. You should post your changes in the France database issues thread, hopefully changes will be made in the future to the default game.

Thanks mate! I've post the coupe de france history issues 3 years in row...nothing changed .. it's a pitty cause it's a big and famous country and the world cup holders too.
