Accessing FM12 Advanced Editor

Hello, I'm looking for some help in accessing advanced editor functions on FM12 (that's right, twelve).

I found this very old thread which covers the subject:

But the download link in the opening post is dead (or at least not working for me).

Does anyone here remember how to access advanced editor in FM12 by any chance?

When i remember this - we coudnt talk about advanced editor here - and now people say its hard to learn it.

Imagine how it was before - you cant ask anywhere - there is no any information...

True, we have gone a long way and still there is enough to discover. Some of the things I did in the Iron Curtain 2020 are already being 'old fashioned'
