If I manage to win the coupe de France with a club from a oversea territory, as they are eligible to play in the cup. Will I then be able to compete in the European cups, due to winning the cup. I tried to fix it but I get an error message about the African Nations qualifying having too many teams. EDIT: I managed to create rules but IMO it's hard coded.
