Dreambuilder
Gestures, what are your "goto" gestures that makes your players motivated (yellow) or even better, very motivated/inspired? (green) Pump fists + avenge the loss in the last meeting often works pretty good.

fc.cadoni
- Point Finger In Media: I am using it when I don't want to give a straight answer (usually the middle option). In Players: During half-time about second or third option from up answers (it's a gentle reproof or gentle "motivation" - reminder). In Players: Before an easy match. - Pump Fists In Players: Before a difficult match to get motivated.

Ye sometimes all players become green (very motivated+inspired) by using the right gesture and words it seems.
du Garbandier
Usually (in team talks) pump fists or point; and almost always one or the other. I'm always looking for the option that keeps them focused on doing their jobs -- I never mention revenge, and barely ever mention the fans. In pressers, I don't use them apart from, once in a while, giving a broad smile or whatever it is.
phnompenhandy
In team talks, I point if scolding, pump fist if motivating (esp if some are complacent) and keep hands in pocket if neutral. When criticising for poor training I'll start with an arm around the shoulder. In whole team meetings, I'll wave my arms if the team agrees with me.
