Thanks !.

We did improve quite a lot but not drastically. The coefficients went up due to european sucess, what gives us extra CL spots. ( we have 1 straigt to groups and 1 in 2nd quali)
Reputation wise , last season we were somwhere in mid 10s . Don't know how that will change after this season as didn't do the nation update yet. but as far as I checked our reputation remains on 3 stars.

Poland in European Competitions 27/28

National Team

Not a bad year for polish national team. They have qualified for Euro 2028 and managed to reach Quarter FInals, whcih is great. This however means that the manager is probably going to keep his place and we are going to have to wait longer to become a national team manager.

Warta Poznan - 1st in season 26/27

Due to our CL win last season, Warta got promoted straight into group stage, where they managed to get out from 1st place. Milan turned out to be too hard of a opponent.

Slask Wroclaw - 3rd in season 26/27

Slask managed to win EL playoffs and get to the group, where they failed to score a single goal..

Piast Gliwice - 4th in season 26/27

Piast has been eliminated in 4th quali round

Lech Poznan - 5th in season 26/27

Lech has been knocked out in 3rd quaki round.

Coeff Updates

We moved up to 9th in coefficient table. What is great, we need to keep pushing. We already have one team in group stages. Lets hope that we can get two. This might the biggest thing in polish football history to have two teams in CL groups. We also remain 12th in Competition Ranking, however the league have gained a half a star. we are now a 3.5 star league.

A great start to the league. We gather 14 out of 18 points and are currently 2nd in the league. Warta expectedly is leading the pack.

Champions League

This was one crazy qualifying. We passed 2 rounds on penalties which is absolutely crazy. however luckily we managed to qualify. The money will really help going forwards. In the groups I think we might be able to reach 3rd but it will be extremely tough.

I think this is first time in this save that we have 2 teams in group stages of CL, which is great for the league, and yet again we have 3 teams in group stages overall.

Warta Poznan - 1st in season 27/28

Warta didn't play in quali rounds, I hope that they can go out to knockouts.

KGHM Zaglebie Lubin - 3rd in season 27/28

Zaglebie has been thrashed in EL playoffs and qualified to Conference League groups. I think they have a chance to finish 3rd, but will have to be very lucky to finish 2nd.

Lechia Gdansk - 4th in season 27/28

Lechia has been eliminated in 4th round, but had a really tough opponent.

Legia Warszawa - 5th in season 27/28

Legua has been knocked out in 3rd round.

Tiny little profit on Niski, he didn't improve at all last season. so decided to let him go.

Really good months in the league. Although we lost against Warta, we have only dropped 2 points. We are safely in 2nd place with 6 points gap above and below us.

Polish Cup

Confident wins in the cup with teams from lower divisions.

This was expected I guess. We still have a slight chance to get to EL but we need to salvage a great result against Galatasaray.

Great couple of months with sour end and a loss to Wisla Krakow. We are up for a break now and we are 2nd with 7 points gap to 1st and 3rd. Which is great !

Polish Cup

This is such a result ! Warta has been dominant in the cup over the past few years and now we have beaten them the biggest rival in the competition is out so there is a chance for silverware this season

Champions League

We won our single game against Galata but they still managed to finish above us where they won against Borussia. No europe for us in Spring.

Warta managed to qualify to knockouts which is great! as it gives them money boost and rep, I think that Juve might be too much, but we will see I guess. Oh I need to rename them as well as Zebre is soooo anoying

Zaglebie was quite unlucku I think. They won against Basel and should have won against Zeljeznicar. 6 points on the board is not very bad as it give us some points to coeff.

Almost perfect month in the league. We guaranteed ourselves CL qualification for next year. We closed in to Warta to 6 points smashing them 5.0 in the process. 3 games left, I doubt that Warta will drop any points in the final run in.

National Team

Unlucky in getting relegated to Nations League Div B. Should have done better against Serbia away. WC Qualifiers are going quite well. After 3 games, Poland is yet to lose a game.

Warta started straight in the groups and managed to qualify to KOs. Very close result against Juve,but they are out of it yet again.

KGHM Zaglebie Lubin - 3rd in season 27/28

Lost in EL playoffs, and managed to win couple of games in the groups of ECL.

Lechia Gdansk - 4th in season 27/28

Really tought opponent in the 4th round thrashes Lechia 6-1

This was not the best run for Legia, Scraped through Hapoel Haifa to then be comfortably beaten by Midtjylland

S9 - Season 29/30 Preview

The odds have us to finish 2nd. I think that we can try and challenge for the title this season. It will be tough though.

Yet again we have 5 teams playing in Europe, Lets see if we can make 4 teams in group stages. That would be great.

Very decent start to the league. Us and Warta are the only unbeaten teams at the moment. We need to keep up the pace if we want to challenge for the title.

Champions League

We were way better then Besiktas and then very very lucky against Ajax where we won in extra time to advance to group stages. Yet again we have a tough group and we meet Galata again. last season we have lost and won against them so maybe we can push for 3rd in groups.

Warta has been drawn straight into groups from 2nd pot. I think they have quite a chance to qualify to KO rounds.

Wisla Krakow - 3rd in season 28/29

By entering EL playoffs, no matter the result we are guaranteed a group stage place in ECL. Wisla has got quite tough group. I can see them ending group stages with 0 points. I hope that I am wrong.

Lech Poznan - 4th in season 28/29

Lech has been eliminated in 3rd quali round of Conference League - a bit disappointing seeing Slovenian team bettering Polish team especially that their league is 29th in the rankings.

Summer Transfer Window.

Wow, what a window that was... With board interfering, and players boycotting, absolutely crazy. We lost 3 out of our starting back 4. We had 2 starters leave right at the end of the window. I think that we have re-invested the money well, bought some decent starters and decent youths.

OUTS

VANECEK was one of our best players on the team. He was kicking up a fuss about leaving from mid June. The board interfered in this sale as they accepted everything that was over 7.5 M. We have made massive profit on him.

GOUVEIA is another board special, He was quite content in staying but the board started to accept bids when they started to over 8M.

I am not really fussed to see Fellipe go, he makes space for youth prospects that we have. We made some profit on him. He was really solid, but didn't improve a bit since we were here.

MORENTE is another board special, He wasn't even in first XI . I wish we could keep him for longer to see how he develops. Also made huge profit on that sale.

BENKOVIC was our best defender we had in the team. He was kicking up a lot of fuss, and I accepted a bid of 10M as thought it would be enough to replace him. the problem was that it was 1 week of transfer window to go.

GRAMMELIS was in rotation playing as AF for us. He was quite decent and still a lot of place to improve. He was quite content until the end of the transfer window when I decided to let him go.

We have spent a decent chunk of money that we received to re-place/improve our team, with trying to remember to meet u21 league rules. Some of them are cheap players who might not make it to the 1st team but might be sold for profit.

A perfect September ! We win against Legia and Jagiellonia who are there around the top. But look at Warta! They are crumbling. Already drawn/lost more times then last season.

Galata again is better then us. Let's hope we can nick some points off Barca and Inter.

Yet another perfect month ! We extend the lead over 2nd to massive 7 points, and we are at about 1/3 of the season. It is quite tight below us, but Warta seems like they are on the run again as they won their last 3 games. I am happy that our young backups are doing very decent job in collecting points.

Champions League

A draw against Barca and Inter is massive ! This bumps up our chances of achieving EL massively.

Warta managed to win against Anderlecht and drawn against Porto. It is still very close but I hope that they can quialify for KOs

Wisla is in tough position, at half way they are 5 points below KO places. Most of the score lines where quite close so I hope that they can win a game or 2 to bump up the chances.

We are two years down the line from my last check, so I thought it would be a good time to check where we stand now.

Looks like we pushed Rakow up to 3rd in terms of facilities and we are the team who has improved the most in last 2 years. In fact, except Warta, most of the teams have had their facilities declined in last 2 years. Next check will happen probably in 2032

Winter Transfer WInodw

Yet again bigger teams tried to unsettle our players, One of the bad things is that Roman Rondzik has left who arguably has been our best player on the team.

OUTS

Recalled Osinski as he wasn't really developing on loan with a plan to loan him elsewhere. As soon as there was interest he was missing training etc. I decided to let him go. We have a 40% profit clause if he ever shoots up and moves on.

He had 1.5 years left on his contract at the point of sale, and didn't want to renew for the last 6 months. I think next season he would be on a different level. But we have made a hefty profit .

INS

Soo, Most of them are future players. We have tried to replace Rondzik, but will see how it pans out.

Dominguez is a replacement for Ivan Benitez, I think that he might leave in the summer.

Lincon is a replacement for Rondzik. I hope that the can jump in straight away.

I think we have finally found a gem ! Zorzycki looks great for a 15 yo. !! :hammer: with 80 CA and 145 PA he is by far our most talented youth player that we have ever got.

Yet again another great month in the league. We have massive 17 point gap above 2nd with 8 games left. We can potentially clinch the tile in round 29. Also looking good on completing unbeaten season.

Polish Cup

This Gornik game, despite the fact that they are in 4th tier, the game was played during international window. Where most of our players, and our best youths have been called up. It was really tough to find starting 11.

Europa League

Unbelievable job in game against Real Madrid ! I think there was a reason that they were playing in Europa League as we looked better in both games. Can we go all the way? Augsburg next who have beaten Atletico Madrid in previous round.

Great month ! We clinched the title with 7 games left and now just playing through with rotations to younger players. Looks like top 5 is already set as there is 6 point gap between 5th and 6th.

Polish Cup

Great game away with lots of rotations. Odra Opole in the final it is.

Europa League

What great results against Augsburg, We play Salzburg next, and this goes a bit more then just going to the final of Europa League, As it stands right now, Austria will have better coefficients then us next season so we will drop to 10th. If we win we have a chance to remain 9th next season.

They have not been as clinical this season as they were for the last two seasons. They are still the most reputable club in Poland but this season is the worst they had for some time.
