Platinum Posted September 10, 2022 Share Posted September 10, 2022 We should have the ability to start the season with the staff, managers, players and player injury status as it was at the end of the transfer window. This would make it more realistic because for example Thomas Tuchel wont be the Chelsea manager in FM 23, but the only reason he isnt manager is because of his results during the 22/23 season, which will not have begun at he beginning of the game. One of the bigger barriers would be to get it to work this way from a data/research perspective - actively maintaining two data sets and error checking them along with making updates.
