Make it possible to start your career/be hired as all clubs reserve/B/II/u23/u21/u18 team managers - standalone from managing the first team. Like how Gerrard started out as a youth team coach/manager. Additionally, have the manager of the first team request which players you think should be promoted/train with the first team (and use this as a way to develop judging ability/potential maybe.
