IRC the U18 head coach also has a heavy influence so maybe there? I know I need to upgrade my U18 head coach in england as he only has 8 WwY, but there's no good personality options who want to join us. My U18 manager has a WWY of 12 but he has almost the lowest possible JPA JPP with a 2 and 1. But there's no-one else to join us. It was the same when managing Hightown Athletic where we went from the 22nd to the 9th tier with four players that came through the first two intakes. If anything the players got worse. Next season I'm hoping for another top half finish as some younger players are now managing to break into the squad. Time for a clear out, Larry Murray, Kris Beggs, Sam Kelly & Colin O'Keefe will all be leaving us or released to make way for younger players with potential. No way could Colin be an impact sub with 14 goals from 225 appearances!
