I'm sure there will be a lot of data for them to look at... if you think it's a problem and have all the data to back it up then I'd suggest heading to the bugs forum. (Not meaning the OP) Players playing with injuries is a thing in real life so I think FM players should be more open to playing players under the Orange inj status.
