I bought the in game editor for my mobile and I couldn't get to use it, how can I resolve it

I think there is a setting for enabling/disabling the use of the editor maybe you have it disabled.

Where do i access the in game editor? I have purchased it & enabled it but where is it within the game? The mobile version. Thanks.

Assuming it is turned on in Settings -> Unlockables, you access it either via the main squad screen (to edit the club) or the main screen for a player (to edit the player). There will be an Edit button in the bottom right corner

I had to check if there's a new entry on the richest men list. That's a lot dough though.
