Missing file of Qualification places screen

Thats what i thought aswell, but something is not adding up.

or one of the coeff panels?  "nation coeff panel" / "uefa coeff panel" for the columns

Been all over those files, might have missed something while searching.. i'll keep looking tho

It does appear to be continent cup places.xml - I've just added a colour to the title container and it's change the title colour.  Looks like the table is hardcoded.
