Romania Problem

hello i am trying to edit romania according to an old league system.
With extended rules, he always brings me the message that there are not enough registered teams in the Cupa Romania pool, but there are 330 teams in it.
what am I doing wrong??
would be nice if someone could help me.

This is because you have selected the last winners of the "Cupa Romania Judetul" as participants (288 teams=16x18 which is the number of teams in the divisions you have selected), but there are no former winners yet. One option would be to add a winner to each of these cups so that the editor can find a team to select. Otherwise we would have to go advanced ruled and establish a team selection for the first year.

If you added the last winner, but they're also represented elsewhere in the team list of 330 teams, then you'll be missing one. If that's the case, you need to redo the competition format and get rid of 1 team.
