JPHC_101
Hi. I was wondering if there was a way in the Editor to allow a club to use another bigger club's facilities, but the financial burden not to put put onto that smaller club? This is the case for a small Spanish team called C.D. Roda, who have a real-life relationship with Villareal, whereby they use their excellent training and youth facilities for their players at the expense of Villareal. C.D. Roda are outside the vanilla database of the game so this has not been done in the editor by SI so when you download a lower leagues database for Spain, C.D Roda (a club ranking in £60k a year) are haemorrhaging £500k annually as they have amazing facilities according to the game but they don't actually foot the bill for them in real-life. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/CD_Roda I was wondering if there was a way to do this similar to Burton Albion; as they use the 20 Training and Youth facilities of St. George's Park but don't actually have to pay for them in the game? The only other way around this is that I give C.D. Roda £500k a year from Villareal to make up this huge financial burden but this won't help in the long run as the finances of these excellent training and youth facilities will grow over time and once you make your ascent up the leagues so the problem will be an issue. Samuel77
It seems that this club exists in the official DB with the same kind of agreement. I'm not sure but take a look at this.
JPHC_101
@Samuel77 Ah thank you! I don't think I've ever seen that even though I've been on the editor for ages (just shows you need to scroll down sometimes). Roda's losses largely seem to be a product of the fact that their league hasn't been set up up properly as I can imagine that a lot of other clubs in that league are also hemorrhaging money too. It can be a pain to get finances right in non-default leagues, if you make everyone amateur at least clubs will be saving on wages
