jezmd1981
I got a new job with Charleroi and asked to study for my Conti A license. They said yes as long as training doesn't suffer, so I made sure no training areas had "Heavy" designation and they accepted. That was July 2022 Fast forward to August 2023 and my profile still says "Studying for Continental A License" while a few of my staff have gained Conti A and Conti Pro in the same period (taking around 4-6 months. Is this a bug, or does it just take longer for me to get it as I'm the Manager and 'busier' than my staff?

I personally love finding promising staff and raising their attributes so they become good managers in time. National C to National B = 4 months National B to National A = 4 months National A to Continental C = 6 months Continental C to Continental B = 6 months Continental B to Continental A = 12 months Continental A to Continental Pro = 12 months

Funny, literally googling this while also in charge of Charleroi studying for my Continental A license and I was wondering why it was taking more than 6 months, because I was under the impression it takes 12 month to get the Continental Pro License. Both Conti A and Pro are 12 month courses. OP is wrong about his other staff members sailing through those courses in 6 months.
