Tactics on steam and what to do

Hi all. Please could somebody help.

I have found a tactic on You Tubethat i really want to use from Enda Story. The link takes me to Steam, but i then dont know what to do and how to import it to my game. Please could somebody help.

If on Steam, hit the subscribe button and it *should* download to the right folder and you can select it in-game.

If you're not playing the game on/via/through Steam...then nothing you can do.  As the guy to upload it outside of steam (mediafire as example) and post a link on his video.
