Runners up were awarded the Champions League place and I go into Conference League. Assume this is a bug as I downloaded the league from Steam. Get Around the Globe file from DaveTheEditor (do a Google). All his files are flawless. Be aware the current version of files will not work on the new update database from SI so use the old one or wait for Dave to update his files.
