Basically I am going to holiday until 23rd March 2023 to make it as realistic as possible and then I will start applying for jobs. I have given myself a National B License and I put myself as a Profressional Footballer(Regional Level). I holidayed until the 19th March 2023 and here is the jobs that are available from 23rd March. I think Chesham United, King's Lynn Town and Welling United could be my first destination. I will update you when I get my first job. Currently towards the end of June so I will give it a few more days and then I will just holiday until November. I will post in here once I get my first job. I want to try get higher then that in my time with them. My Best Line Up My Tactic I use this Pochettino inspired tactic in most of my recent saves and has had good success with this tactic. No idea if it works for lesser players but we will have fun trying. Fiji got to the Pacific Games final recently in the game but lost to New Zealand Under 23's. My star player is Left Back Vinit Ram who plays for Bayer Leverkusen. Well let's see how this goes then. I will update you once I have played a few games. If my Chief Scouts @Jogo Bonito or @Welshace know of any players I can call up who have Fijian dual nationality then please let me know as I could do with the help. You might actually struggle to find me any players due to me not having a massive database. I think I ticked international players and players from top clubs on all the continents to make sure the database didn't slow down the speed of the game. Ronaldo Beckham Posted March 20, 2023 Author Share Posted March 20, 2023 OFC Cup Progress So Far I playeed my first competitive games in the OFC Nations Cup with wins over Papua New Guinea and Tonga. I lost to Vanuatu but mostly cos I had a man sent off very early into the game. We finished 2nd in the group stage and managed to qualify for World Cup qualification. We have drawn with Vanautu and Tonga in our World Cup Qualification group. We also have the tall task of trying to beat New Zealand in the OFC Nations Cup Semi Final. The 2nd half we come back strong and scored but we just couldn't get another goal. The better team won. They had an unfair advantage of having a giant of a man in Chris Wood. It will be a miracle if I get anything out of them games but to just get a nation like Fiji to the World Cup is a great achievement and hopefully it will propell me into a bigger nation job or a decent club job. I enjoyed the experience. Whatever club I end up going to I will look to bring in some Fijian players if possible. A lot of jobs available. I have applied for them all. Out of all of the jobs the ones I think I might have a chance of getting are the Blackpool, Cesena, FC Blau-Weiss or Antwerp job. We will see. I am excited to see where I go next. I am also going to be applying for club jobs as well. Just look at how good this Congo squad is. A lot better then my Fiji team. I wonder if @Jogo Bonito or @Welshace have any Congo players I can call up lol. I didn't get the FC Weiss-Linz, Grimsby or Angers job. Other club jobs were just too big for them to give me the job. They are currently 20th in the Vanarama Conference after getting relegated from League One last season. They are not doing very well and I will have my work cut out to get them out of the bottom of the league. Morale will be terrible. I will need to get team firing on all cylinders to salvage their season. Board expectations are to just establish us as a Vanarama Conference side. Hopefully I can stop them getting relegated. Half of my squad wants to leave already which aint good but hopefully a few sales can give me some decent money to bring in some good players to help us survive and push on next season. Oh well it was still a good season and one the lads should be proud of. As long as I keep our main man Isaac Olaofe at the club then we should get promoted next season. 18 goals from 19 games. I have resigned as the Congo manager. I will probably not manage another National team for a while unless something really interesting comes along. I forgot to mention before that I signed a new 1 year contract with Newport County. I want to try get them promoted this season coming up and then see where I go from there. Ronaldo Beckham Posted March 22, 2023 Author Share Posted March 22, 2023 Ok Let Me Explain After my post I posted about 12 minutes a go about not applying for International jobs I noticed that the Trinidad & Tobago & Jamaica jobs were available and of course I applied for them and also declared interest. BIG MISTAKE!!! Newport chairman wasn't happy and asked to have a meeting me to ask why I applied for the National team jobs. Now usually if you pick the option that you want to carry on managing the team while also managing the national team it usually works and the chairman is ok with it. Well not this one. I tried to convince him but he felt very disrespected and sacked me. I could just reload the game but I wanted to try keep it real on this save so no reloads. I am now unemployed again. The Haiti national team job is available as well and I have applied for their job. They surprising have a good team and have a regen who valued between £16.5m-£49m. Shrewsbury has a soft spot for me because in real life my daughter was born at Shrewsbury hospital. I am happy to be managing them and I want to try do well with them. A mid table finish is predicted by the media and also what the board and fans want. Hopefully I can get Shrewsbury to the Premiership within a few seasons.
