Board Offers to Improve One Thing

I started a new club way down in the lowly Vanarama National South. I won promotion and the club's board has offered me a choice of:

• Improving the youth academy
• Improving the training facilities
• Improving the youth coaching program
• Expanding youth recruitment network
• Turning the club professional

What should I choose? I only get one.

Turning the club professional is crucial to progressing any further. Without it your players only train part time so they don't really improve and they will struggle to match other teams in terms of fitness and stamina.

I agree, turn professional as it's so important. Also when you are in the VNS I would certainly not bother with any improvements to the youth set up. At that level I'm only interested in the first team.

I’d go training facilities. I won Vanarama National with St. Albans on part-time and you automatically go full time once in EFL.

If you make it at SkyBet League 2, board must turn club professional. I would choose training facilities IMHO.

Pro Level. Nothing else. Normally they offer this at League 2 Level.
