FM22 Error In Nation Rules

I am having trouble getting this to work. I have it set up so the season ends in November but this error message pops up.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Ive been screwing around with the file and still have no success. Please help.

In my opinion your season ends mid-December with the final. 

I would like to know if this is an error:

An additional point is that it seems the system works the first season so I would check the 2022 version of MLS and also be completely sure about expansion and or teams moving divisions.

I don't understand what you mean. Yeah I fixed that so it ends at the beginning of November.
Still doesn't work.

What's odd is, no matter what I change the season update day to. It still has the league hasn't finished.

FIXED IT.

Apparently, the Stage 1 could only find 28 teams and not 29.
