I think it would be cool to have a handful of options to shout at the refs, such as "Argue", "Question" and "Berate" This could be a feature that effects team dynamics such as sticking up for a player after a dirty tackle or missed calls and can increase player morale and happiness, whilst also adding relationships you have with specific refs depending on the actions you take while interacting with them in game. I mainly want this included so I can yell at the refs for making horrible offsides calls that happen from time to time Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...

But especially when it comes to suspensions and interactions with our fans, players and the board - how we trest the refs and our influence with them can be massive!
