Losing ever game

Hello guys,

I have been playing a career for 3/4 of the season now. At first it all went good the wins and losses were balanced. But now the game has just become unplayable. Every game I play I don’t even have the slightest chance of winning. Sometimes I have 2 shots on goal while my much weaker opponent has like 15. I’ve tried several combinations of players, tactics etc. Nothing seems to work. Maybe it’s just me being a bad player because I’ve started playing this game 3 days ago.

Does anyone have a tip for me on how I can start winning again or at least make it a bit more exciting?
