Custom Database only works for Base FM23

So I want to install a French Lower Leagues Database, the problem is that the database only works for base FM23, so i can´t use it in versions 23.3.0 and 23.4.0

My question is this... Starting a carrer in base FM23 like the game came in November will I still get the benefits of bugs fixes, etc that came in the future patches and not just get the player database updates (like winter tranfers window)?

OR

I wont get any of the bug fixes and data updates that come in future updates and just play the game like it came in November

You'll get the bug fixes but will have the original database.
