It's not relying on it. Just pointing out this ref has been abysmal. Shows yellow after yellow early on, then the same fouls are no longer a card because he's already booked the player.

we’ve basically been asking Trippier (a right back who’s best quality is passing it forward and crossing from the right) to play left wing all tournament in possession. It makes sense to at least try this.
