Player Playing Time Obligation

Hello guys and sorry if this isn't the right topic to ask.

I was looking around my affiliate clubs and I noticed this sentence which made me curious.

Is there a way (maybe through in-game/pre-game editor) to make an affiliate club play your players?

I don't see how it could be done in the editor but in the contract you could force them to pay 200% of wages if they don't play them. I've found if they are good enough they'll play but you have be careful because some sneaky deals include playing time as fringe so you need to cancel any of those in the transfer window before they complete.
