Is it right that one of the biggest teams in La Liga has a start-up-sized coaching staff? The biggest football club in Germany is now a fitness center. In real life, you can only hire a lot of fitness staff. However, we need a sufficient number of coaches to conduct proper training on fm. Ideally, you need 3 to 4 fitness coaches, 8 to 10 coaches, and 3 to 4 goalkipping coaches The lack of coaches on other teams affects the difficulty of the game and reduces the reality of the game due to the growth problem of the players. Don't think it is that- I've noticed when I've taken over clubs mid save that they will have one or two coaches at most (often with dreadful stats). Here are a few examples from my current save in a fully loaded playable league I'm currently managing in. Chelsea- zero coaches but three goalkeeping coaches! Man City- zero coaches but two assistant managers! Liverpool- at least they've got one coach!
