Can't expand Allsvenskan & Superettan to 22 teams each. [FM24]

I am stuck and wondering if anyone a savy enough with the FM24 editor to help me out.

I downloaded an incredible build of the Swedish pyramid (Level 1-10). I am a lower league player, normally, so I truly have enjoyed this.

However, I wanted to expand the Allsvenskan and Superettan (Tier 1 & 2) to 22 teams each. The only problem is that I have to shrink some other division, as there are no other teams available. From a game perspective, I have no problems with this, but from an editor perspective I am lost.

However I try, I cannot get the edit to pass when trying to verify, as it finds U19 divisions without the proper amount of teams, etc.

Does anyone know of a good guide or clip that can walk me through how to do this properly?

I am happy to share the file with anyone who enjoys lower league play, regardless of whether you can/want to help me. The build is right on par with reality, and truly enjoyable to play as is.

Is it Swedish U19 divisions? If so, it could be because some of those divisions expect to pick up all U19 teams from the senior league but also require a minimum amount of teams. Or it's the other way round for the highest leagues. 

If it's Swedish U19 divisions I therefore suggest you check how they pick teams and if there are any required numbers that you no longer fulfill.
