Is it possible to remove newgen staff?

For a reason that's hard to explain I actively try not to sign newgen staff. Players completely fine with. Just staff. 

Wondered if there was a way to remove them? I suppose not as newgen players would eventually become staff...

Official - fire them the normal way

Unofficial - terminate them with the ingame editor

Thanks for the reply. It's more about removing them from the game and no more being created. I don't want them applying for my jobs or hanging around.

I don't believe there is a way to remove them completely.  You may be able to remove them one by one with the IGE possibly, but the game generates them to ensure there are sufficient staff available in the game world.

To what end though. What happens when all of the real life staff retire? With nobody to replace them.
