thundercracker
I have created an amount of custom teams to fill the English league structure from the premiership, down to the conference north and south, yet I have run out of ideas and imagination for another 60 odds teams to fill the spots of the 3 divisions below the the north.south, and was hoping that maybe some of you nice folk had some ideas. I welcome any serious suggestions, from any style of team name from any country. I have created various cities already which i have given different languages, to help vary the names of newgens for my nation. If you have any idea for Team names, cities and stadiums, pl;ease list them here. You never know, your ideas could be useful to others in my position. Dave Fairbairn
Prior Park play at the Bonarsteads, Prior Park. 4,000 all standing. I mean there's park benches, but they're used as "dugouts" for the North Northumberland League games. Don't get me wrong, Prior isn't a real team, but the Bonarsteads is where some NNL games are played, and it's in a housing estate called Prior Park. thundercracker
Instead of creating a new thread, I though I would be better to bump this existing thread as I am once again drawing a blank for fictional teams to fill the bottom two leagues of my league structure for fm2010. If any of you gentlemen have any good ideas that myself or other in the same boat could use, please kindly share.

phnompenhandy
As can be seen from many of the posts, you can go a long way combining city/town/village names with terms culled from Rugby League or American sports (Sharks, Phoenix etc) or Spanish/other clubs (Real, Deportivo, Young Boys etc).
thundercracker
I have done a lot for that for my fictional country, yet it's the trying to create a decent town/city name which is the hard part. I have some cities that I have 4/5 teams all based there with a mixture of American and traditional style names, though there are only so many United, City's, Rovers, Rangers etc you can use before it seem repetitive.
