Does it just take random teams, or league winners?

Has anyone managed to make the Caribbean Shield in FM24. The Caribbean Shield is a competition were the finalists qualify for the Caribbean Cup. In the game it seems the Caribbean Shield isn't in the game, but the Caribbean Cup is, but its implemented by drawing random clubs from nations that compete in the Caribbean Shield in real life. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2024_CFU_Club_Shield https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2024_CONCACAF_Caribbean_Cup If nobody has managed to implement this. I would like to know if anyone on here would be able to guide me in how to change the qualified teams in the Caribbean Cup, to allow it it draw winners/runners up from Caribbean shield. Its very frustration its not implemented within the game, i know that none of the Caribbean nations involved are official leagues and require the editor to activate them. Thanks
