Two English teams are invited to take part in this competition and should be the two highest finishers from the National League that did not gain promotion to League 2.

The final venue does look to be an issue given the previous history, so will also forward that info over to the competitions team.

First team players can be made available and play in this competition but it shouldn't be this extreme. We do currently have a couple of issues being looked at internally relating to u23/reserve teams playing too many first team players in some situations.

[Champions Cup Qualifiers Prize Money]

This is still being reviewed and we're aiming to make the prize money distribution rules a bit clearer in game.

As per the UEFA revenue distribution system, the prize money for qualifying rounds is handled slightly differently in the Champions League to the Europa League.

You receive money based up on the qualifying round you get knocked out in, rather than just for participating in each round. So if you do make it through all the qualifying rounds to the play-offs, you would benefit from the group stages money (for the UCL or Europa League). 

Below is from the 2019/20 UEFA revenue distribution information: 2019/20 UEFA club competitions revenue distribution system | Inside UEFA | UEFA.com

Each club participating in the qualifying rounds that does not qualify for the UCL play-offs will receive the following amounts per round played:
• preliminary round – €230,000
• first qualifying round – €280,000
• second qualifying round – €380,000
• third qualifying round – €480,000 (only for clubs eliminated from the champions path, since clubs eliminated from the league path qualify directly for the UEFA Europa League group stage and therefore benefit from its distribution system)
• No solidarity payments will be paid in the play-offs as the clubs involved will benefit from the UEFA Champions League/UEFA Europa League centralised phase distribution.

As I said above, think we ended up with a few different issues in here. Would you be able to confirm if these crashes are still happening following the most recent update?

Sounds like there could be something amiss here, but would need to look at your save to try and work out the reasons behind these.

Would you be able to upload a copy of your save for us please? And, if you happen to still have an older version of this save from around your first season in La Liga, that could also be useful to compare things.

Agree this reads a bit oddly in this case. The variable for nation here is likely coming from the division they are in rather than where the club is based.

Created a similar example and this is being reviewed now by the dev team.

Think we may have a couple of potentially different issues here.

@PLVPLV, the crash you're getting is similar to something we've had other reports for and is being looked at currently by the dev team.

@Luke1CFC, don't seem to be able to recreate the crash you're getting. Would you be able to upload, or attach here, a copy of the crash dump file that generated. This file can be located at the following default location: C:\Users\[Your Windows Username]\Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2021\crash dumps)

Seems this is incorrectly carrying over from the 19/20 season to all other seasons. Had a similar example raised internally, so this info has been added and is being reviewed.
