  1. Not that I know of, though a feature like the player comparison but for clubs would be interesting to see them side by side in that detail. Especially if you were tossing up a job between both etc etc.
  2. Interesting. So your conclusion is that if I look at a player and he has high balance, followed by high technique, he's likely got a high PA?

  6. When I made my profile in the beta, i had an earring on and no option to remove it. Then I made a new character today and it was there. There will be a box for earring next to watch and rings but for some reason, it sometimes just doesn't show up at all. Bug?
  7. My suggestion then, is make a mega thread here in the general forum with a link to each bug you address for easier access to viewing. It's not much, but it's better than the nothing we get right now. More insight into the development practices at SI might help with the discontent on the complete lack of transparency.
  8. So it wasn't an update.. Oh wait it was, since its now a different version. Strange. To go from a whole different game version yet there be ZERO changes. I mean there must have been zero right, since there's no changelog. The simple answer is it'd be embarrassingly short. Just like the 'feature' list.
  9. Feel free to name a single developer that creates a 'beta' for 'bug finding' and then posts ZERO information about any that were fixed or addressed in release. But you'll have a hard time. Drop the Beta terminology and call it pre order early access only and the complaint will leave. As that's what it really is.
  10. Why it needs to be so cryptic who knows? What makes SI so special they are unable to post a changelog? Now we have go scour through bug threads in coming days to hope they've touched something? Unreal. I know FM is a time sink but do you really need to waste our time here as well. The disrespect for customers and their time is monumental.
  11. Another year of fake beta done. Another year without knowing of any critical data fixes or bug fixes that would require a new save because SI is the only developer on the planet that refuses to give patch notes when going from beta to 1.0.
  12. Why they needed to remove squad depth ive no idea. This is just a more convoluted worse version of it. Terrible 'feature' but it's better than the timeline which is just laughable. I'd have been embarrassed to call that headline.
  13. You're missing my point. This is a PC game, coded and using numbers. It's not actually playing a game of football. How else do you think you hit the instant result button, before a game, and get a different result then when you load up the same save, do nothing different, and hit the button again. There HAS to be something generating a seed/randomiser for the game to do different things in the ME when everything else stays static. No match plays the same, for a reason. We already know the match result is determined when you enter the match engine, its done, you're just watching a fun replay. The ME changes the result when do you things like, sub, or shouts etc, and recalcs the game again.
  14. In order for a match to produce different results when simulating through it after save scumming for example, there needs to be a number randomiser run. Else every reload before a match would produce the exact same match outcome if you simulated it.
  15. I have the world cup on full match detail and the USA beat Brazil in the final 2-0. USA conceded just 6 goals in 7 games. Doesn't seem to be enough of a separator between weak players and world class players in FM in general.
  16. Certainly looks better! Good work SI. Is there any difference to an active/playable league and the view only leagues in terms of player dev? Maybe i'll run this sim and pick a couple players from both and compare.
  17. Isn't the game seed based anyway? Everytime you reload a save you get a new 'random seed' generated that influences results. Otherwise simulating the same game without any changes would result in the same thing happening wouldn't it. Maybe old mate just got a bad seed when he updated and loaded in.
  18. Fixes will be retroactive. If they ever happen, likely by the Winter update like the youth bug last year and the year before.
  19. Always possible to get at least 25% off at places like Fanatical. Never buy from steam, always the most expensive option.
  20. Always the same crap reasoning. Its 'harder' with a bottom team for the first season, then because the AI is awful, its easy and you win the league 456823 times in a row. Again, does Klopp, Ten Haag, or Pep find it EASY in real life? No.
  21. So here's how it should work, based on every other 3D games implementation. If you play with a resolution of 1920x1080 (1080p), and set your render scale to 200%, you are effectively making the game render the match graphics at 3840x2160 (2160p), the game then downscales the 2160p image to 1080p to fit back on your display. Effectively super-sampling the image and providing a large boost in fidelity and sharpness. In theory, it's an expensive way to do Anti-Aliasing.
