Not easy as it's already been replied, however you may get lucky accidentally. I've managed to convince Lorenzo Lucca to play for Poland after 6-7 seasons or something. Italy were ignoring him despite the guy banging 35 goals in the league every season and being among top scorers in Champions League at my Warta Poznań as they considered Ekstraklasa 'not good enough' and that he should 'move to a bigger club' (yet they had no problems calling up the players from Belgian league, which was below us in both reputation and coefficients). Long story short, Lorenzo Lucca (Wawrzyniec Lukkański?) was a star of my Polish national team after many years of waiting.

Love the idea! I was thinking of creating such DB myself for quite a while now. I'll follow for sure. Just one point - Raków Częstochowa are not Silesian. Existing Polish 'Silesian Voivodeship' consists not only of Silesian land but also parts of Little Poland. In FM, this applies to Raków and Zagłębie Sosnowiec. It's just a game so doesn't matter that much though. I would also choose Silesian Stadium (Stadion Śląski) in Chorzów as the national stadium due to its historical importance and name.

As much as I would love to see Kolejorz with some European silverware, moving to Ajax seems to be a no-brainer. Legendary club, fantastic facilities, high reputation and budget, perfect to settle down for several seasons and eventually winning the Champions League. Also, probably no board that would sell your best player in the middle of the season... With AZ you're the one to make the club legendary, even if they have already managed to establish themselves as a power in the Netherlands, there's still something missing. On the other hand, Lech doesn't seem to miss much when compared with AZ, it's mostly the league that needs to catch up. Curious what you're going to choose, no bad choices here really.

5 years ago Chojniczanka almost made it to Ekstraklasa, they were only two points short to Zagłębie Sosnowiec on 2nd spot. They fell terribly since then. Good luck! If anyone wonders, it's pronounced somewhat like Khoy-knee-chan-kah Khoy-knee-tseh.

I remember watching Energie on tv as a little kid many years ago (2001-2003, I believe), even had a jersey, used to wear it on p.e. classes at school while my classmates had jerseys of Figo, Beckham or Rivaldo also played them in FIFA 2001 on PS1. Good luck, I'll be following for sure.

I guess it's about winning as many promotions to the first division as possible. He's won like 10 of them, most as a second division champion. I guess.

SixPointer mentioned Scotland above, but there's also Austria with RB Salzburg being now a dominant force for years, while Austria and Rapid from Vienna are falling behind. Even more so Italy has the same 'problem', it's been years since either of the Roman clubs have won the title and they've never been dominant. It's always the North - Milan, Juve, Inter, earlier Genoa, even Bologna. Roma and Lazio have fewer titles combined than Pro Vercelli.

Vel'a št'astia Slovakia is great, I've always had a soft spot for their football, at least since Artmedia Petržalka's 2005/06 CL campaign.

Congrats on the first title and good luck in Europe. Macedonian league is not the easiest, couple of decent clubs there (even after Vardar's gone) such us Akademija Pandev, Shkendija. I also wanted to mention my favourite Rabotnicki but oh Lord, what happened to them? Young Terziev definitely looks promising!

As far as I know, there's no fierce rivalry between Latvia and Lithuania, actually all three Baltic states get along each other very well, I've also seen plenty of Lithuanian and Estonian flags in Riga and other way around in Vilnius. There's rivalry in sports, obviously, but nothing serious, nothing close to England vs Scotland games or Greece vs Turkey.

@Rikulec imagine what fun would that be if anyone chooses Zagłębie Sosnowiec one day, being completely unaware... @g1nh0 Beating Lech in the cup as if it was a stroll in the park is an amazing result. Great work. No surprises about the league though, shouldn't be much of a problem. You won't be doing much better financially as long as you don't establish yourself as one of the top clubs in the country and get some money from Europe, so don't worry too much about it as nothing or a little can be done.

Fantastic idea for a save, Wisła is a great club with traditions and huge and hardcore fan base. It's really sad to see their fall now. By the way, the furthest a Polish team has gone in ECL was semi final, actually. It was 69/70 season when Legia Warsaw managed to get that far but failed to beat the later-winners Feyenoord.

Good luck, or hodně štěstí, as the Czechs say. Olomouc is quite a lovely town, by the way, lots of historical monuments and sights, second in the country after Prague in this regard, I think.
